What size prints do you offer?
At present this is a new venture for me. I have been testing print providers using A3 prints with borders. I am willing to investigate alternative image sizes if requested.
Do you offer one to one support or group workshops?
Its not something I have considered. I would like to establish my print offer before I consider this.
What if I don’t like the products ?
I’m hoping you will love your product, prints are accurately displayed in the shop, but if you are unhappy please contact me and we can arrange return and full refunds within 28 days of purchase where appropriate.
How can I make payment ?
Choose a product in the shop and proceed to your cart where you will be able to checkout. At the moment there are two methods of payment.
1. If you have a PayPal account you can checkout using that.
2. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you will get a confirmation order via e-mail. You will then need to make payment by contacting your bank (usually via your own online banking app or telephone) to set up Ian Savigar Photography as a payee, using the bank details provided. You can then transfer the required amount.
Once payment is received your goods will be issued to you.
What if I just want one photo?
That should be fine. If you can’t find what you want in the shop, please use the form above to message me, or you can use any of my social media contacts. (links on the site)
Can you provide print on other materials such as mugs, pillows etc?
Please message me any requirements and I will investigate the possibilities and costs.
What is the Order / Delivery Process?
Delivery in the UK takes 2-3 business days and the rest of the world 7-10 days. Please note that currently Covid is adding around 7 days onto these times.
All A3 prints are shipped using Royal Mail containers
Prints are unmounted and not available framed to help with transportation.
Will you be selling your products in any other way?
I will be visiting local shops, cafes and outlets to see if my prints can be made available. If you are a shop owner or have a suitable outlet where my prints could be displayed please contact me using the form above.
